Cage Fitness is a high intensity interval training workout. There are no partners, no contact, and no martial arts experience needed. A Cage Fitness workout is only 30 minutes long and is broken down into 5-5 minute rounds. Each 5 minute round consists of 7-45 second exer-cises.

Cage Fitness is perfect for people who want to tone up, lose weight, and get in shape. The class is designed to get maximum results in just 30 minutes, so it is perfect for those who don’t have hours to spend in the gym. The workouts are ever changing and always challeng-ing.
